Ordered through the app just like I always do. Guaranteed to get your order right if you download the Taco Bell app. Not sure why but my order is never wrong at any location from Alabama to Idaho while ordering through the app. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Listen I’m not gonna bash on all the people working today.. it’s 5/22/26 at around 5:40-6:00pm but I’m gonna call corporate if something isn’t done and someone isn’t written up or fired. When I say THREE times a chicken quesadilla I don’t want a cheese one.. when you then ask me again at the window and i correct you.. dont be rude! To the girl that was making everyone’s life harder and embarrassing your coworkers by being rude to them and rude to us because YOU didn’t listen and typed it in wrong.. then tried to tell us we were supposed to assemble it ourselves and when we said we’re on our way to Colorado and we can’t don’t throw a fit. Must be a repeating problem if your sweet guy on window had to apologize for you and say you weren’t being rude on purpose you were just stressed out.. get a grip. We were the only ones in line. Also you either put water in our starry or it’s going bad either way needs fixed. Grow up kid life is only as hard as you make it. Having an attitude problem does not fix your lane times or how stressed out you are. Your coworkers shouldn’t be embarrassed because of you. Absolutely ridiculous. Some people aren’t so nice you’re lucky we had somewhere to be or we would’ve brought it all back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was not. Had to remake half of my order. Forgot a person in my party entirely. Entire dining area is DISGUSTING. Not a single clean table. We're exhausted and have had enough because we've been travelling for a week solid. Nobody would acknowledge us at all, fixing us to use the app. Got zero attention until we got mad. Even then my father was told things were more important than us. My app didn't work properly. The people were fine once I had those issues and got it resolved. But this is ridiculous. Would give zero stars if I could. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
