I’ve orders from this place countless times and every single time something is wrong. Today they forgot the drink, but if it’s not the drink it’s the fries. Almost every time I order, I get fries from this place, not one time have I ever received fries. Which is upsetting because they are almost 6 bucks. If you order a side like a side of sauce or sour cream or cheese or jalapeños or whatever, don’t expect it to come. I have never gotten food from here and had it be correct and I’ve ordered from here a LOT. This place needs to get their stuff together because its honestly baffling how horrible the people who work here are. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am leaving this review due to repeated issues at Taco Bell Store #031760, 10635 Stead Blvd. This was not just one incorrect order. I had an order issue on 6/29, and during a more recent visit, 9 orders were made incorrectly. The order accuracy and food quality were extremely poor. What concerned me more was the condition of the restaurant. The food line appeared dirty, disorganized, and unsanitary. There appeared to be old or leftover food sitting in the heated holding areas, which raised concerns about freshness and food holding practices. I also personally witnessed an employee use his bare finger to spread sour cream on food. That is completely unacceptable handling of ready-to-eat food. I previously worked as a Regional Manager and I am a certified ServSafe Instructor/Proctor, so I understand restaurant operations, sanitation, and food safety standards. What I observed at this location was far below acceptable standards. I contacted the General Manager because she had previously told me I could reach out with store issues. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional instead of addressing the food safety concerns. I have already filed a report with Northern Nevada Public Health, submitted complaints through Taco Bell’s channels, and escalated this to the franchise. This location needs immediate management attention, retraining, and a serious food safety review. I am not looking for free food. I want this location cleaned up, managed properly, and held accountable. Check your food before leaving. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today was not one of there days. Took over 30mins just for 3 items. Instead of chit chat with each other do your job and get the food out a timely mater.
