The parking lot at this location always looks DEAD! Today, I learned why. For $14.90, I got 3 disheveled and barely wrapped tacos with lettuce falling off the wrapper and inside the bag and the saddest burrito with more "cheese sauce" than meat, rice or beans. Not to mention, I got only 3 packets of sauce, for my 4 items. When I asked for more, the kid in the window said "my manager doesn't like us giving out too many packets per order". Like, c'mon bro, I eat 3 packets per taco. The only reason this place is still open, is because the cannabis shop across the street, and its the ONLY option to McDonalds in the Valley. Taco Bell used to be a place where you went with little cash, and came out with your hunger satisfied. If you're prepared to leave hungry, unsatisfied and with a lot less money in your pocket, this is the place for you. For better options for the money, stick with the real taco trucks around the Blvd. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This one employee, I think her name was Aeon or something, she was the absolute rudest when I tried paying at the counter. And then I had asked her if my food was ready (it had been upwards of 30 minutes) and she snapped at me saying that my food would be done when it was done. Worst employee ever. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Management is extremely unprofessional. Applied to work there, and got an interview. The manager (Daniela is her name) was about 30 minutes late to the interview that she set up with me. That was the first red flag. The interview went decent, and I got the job. She promised that I'd be working in two weeks (she gave me time to put in my two week notice with my current employer) so I quit my current job. 2 weeks later, I'm ready to begin working there, and Daniela ghosts me. I reached out to her multiple times via text, phone call, and even go to the physical location to try and get a hold of her. After over two months of being unemployed and trying to simply get a hold of Daniela to be put on the schedule, I've now lost hundreds of dollars trying to support myself with no income. If you're thinking of applying here, don't.
