I am thoroughly disappointed with this establishment. I have consistently been having issues with my orders for at least the last 6 months, probably closer to a year. I have ordered delivery, picked up in store, and gone through the drive through. 9.5 times out of 10, some thing is missing, or completely wrong. I ordered delivery today, and I was missing an item, one was wrong, and all the food was cold and either sticking to the paper and falling apart, or just was thrown together and sloppily made. I called the store to ask about the constant issues, and the manager shifted the blame to the person who trains and said that he would let them know, no apology, and just made me genuinely not want to ever go to this location again. He asked me “was it small items missing?” like it would make a difference in the fact that any items are missing at all, it wouldn’t make the situation better if it was just a side missing, if it’s every, single time that i get food, there is something wrong or missing completely. Even though this is the closest location to me, I will definitely not be returning. Please train your staff better, and start taking accountability instead of blaming others. Thanks. This place is by far the worst taco bell closest to me unfortunately. Food is always burnt or wrong, customer service is horrible. Usually teenagers not taking customer service seriously. No wonder place is usually EMPTY. Go for yourself if your a doubtful, although I dont recommend!!! My latest and last order is in the photo below check it out for yourself. Keep in mind these are just chicken nuggets a simple order of 6 nuggets. And when brought to the service attention iam told "its not like McDonald's" Wow you i sorta wish it was. Better looking than this! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited 40 minutes for my food dawg and I still got missing items worst Taco Bell in reno, Taco Bell in New Mexico and Cali is way better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
