I just came in today, I live locally; I wanted to upgrade my Luxe box, but they took at least a few minutes to even greet us at the window- and then she told me they had already made it so they couldn't upgrade it for me. I get not wasting food, so I can get over that, but then they handed me the root beer I ordered, and I told my husband it looked too light (almost like ice tea), and we drove off before I tasted it and it tastes like a sparkling water with a hint of root beer in it. The syrup must be out. The only thing that surprised me was that the cinnamon twists were actually good today, because they had enough cinnamon on them this time- but the rest of my experience was not great. I hope this helps to grow the employees, because I was very disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The burritos keep getting smaller and I think they are adding more wood pulp to the beans. Cheese is almost non-existent. Flavor is .... What's that ??? The KFC wedges were over $4.00 for like 6-8 measley, dried out wedges. Quality here is dismal to say the least !!! It was almost $20 bucks for: 2 bean burritos 1 small/reg potato wedges 1 small order of GREASY, stuck together fried pickles and 1 small soft drink. If I add 1-2 more dollars I can eat at a decent sit-down Mexican restaurant. 3.5 for service Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: Pay 1-2-3 more dollars and go to a decent sit down restaurant. Corporate America will just lay off more employees if profit levels drop too far !!!!

Gave me the wrong order. Didn't realize it till I got home. Second time in recent days, but I caught the first one. Needs better management. Never going back,
