I had a problem with my debit card chip it still works but you have to slide it & then I put my pin#. I let drive thru person know this but of course they I there don't listen or care about service. I was a bit upset but I left cuz the person couldn't slide it to make the card work. So I went 2blocks away to 7/11 ATM were I was able to pull out the $needed to pay for the order. I go back to Taco Bell I didn't want them to make all the extra food for nothing. I do want to apologize for not letting them ill b right back. I walked inside and my order wasn't saved there now were 5-6cars in the drive thru. I'm guessing it was the manager that asked me to use the the self ordering machine to replace my order. She was calm and understanding but I really don't know there machine and right now isn't the time to learn. I didn't say anything but went back to my car now the drive thru was 1-2 cars so I proceeded to talk to the drive thru person again this time knowing I got $ in hand. At least everything was correct and to pleasant surprise I did get extra encharido. I'm guessing for the hassle. Thank you. I just ask for the drive thru personal to be aware of these kind of sonreals. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Tacos were cold. The shells were stale. Didn’t get extra beef like we ordered, barely even got any. Crunchwrap barely had any chicken as well. At least the we got the tacos we ordered.

I rate this Taco Bell a 10/10 absolutely amazing service my mom doesn’t really speak English and marianeli F kindly had patience with my mom and explained to her what her order came with she’s very patient and I love her customer service along with the other employees the food was also very warm and well served I came 06/09/2026 at 6:52pm and they were all so so kind I love this Taco Bell!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
