i work in food service so i don’t like to complain about these things, but i got off of my 8 hour shift at 12;30am and just wanted to get something quick. i mobile ordered and got there 15 mins later. i was pulled to the front. guy comes out with a bag and asks me if this is my order, and apologizes bc they’ve confused some orders. i say no, he goes back in. he’s polite and i understand he’s doing his best. i’ve waited here for 17 mins now on top of the 15 mins from when i mobile ordered to when i got here. usually this location is pretty solid and reliable, but im so disappointed tonight. what is going on? some shift lead isn’t leading the team right, or the employees have no urgency, or equipment isn’t working properly- whatever it is, please get it together. my boss would tear me a new one if this is how we functioned. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

How are we supposed to order from the automated kiosk when they’re not working? Trying to order from them, but they are displaying error messages. So I come to the counter to order, but you guys had the menu taken down. Why? Making it hard to order from here Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

This Taco Bell has a very rude staff, they threw my bag on to the counter very rude like and then walked away without giving me my drink, and when I asked for the drink they seemed to get very upset about having to actually do their job so it only got worse from there. I asked for extra nacho cheese and I guess because I had asked for my drink instead of just leaving with what I was given, they didn’t even fill the containers half way, so I paid for two containers of cheese and left with one half container combined. It’s wild that people can be THIS UPSET about the job THEY CHOOSE TO DO EVERY DAY. Maybe you should be more qualified to work somewhere other than fast food if you’re going to be so rude and angry about doing YOUR CHOSEN LINE OF WORK. Absolutely embarrassing behavior from the evening staff here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
