If I could give a zero stars I would. We try to eat at Taco Bell at least twice a month, and never end up getting it The wait times are ridiculous. We have been different days, different times, etc and it’s always the same bs. Either you’re the only car at the speaker and no one as acknowledges that you’re there or you’re 4 cars deep and within 30 minutes 2-3 of those in front of you leave. Could be 5 minutes or 50 by the time they’re “ready to take your order.” The service is just plain horrible, at any given time. If you’re backed up, put a damn sign out there at the speaker, or at least talk through the speaker to let the customer know what the deal is instead of ignoring them. I’ve even had 3 cars pull off in front of me before and as soon as I got to the speaker they took my order. When I made it to the window I asked what was going on with the wait times because one guy got out of his car to let everyone know that he had been waiting for an hour and no one said anything to him they explained that they prioritized online orders before drive thru and walk in’s. I have never in my life been in any restaurant, or place or business where that is the procedure. You never ignore the person in front of you. The procedure at a fast food industry should be inside walk in customers, drive thru, and then online orders. Needless to say, we will never be back to this Taco hell. It would be quicker to drive to Lagrange or Opelika AND BACK instead of trying to get service or food in Valley.

To: Taco Bell For: Erica working the drive-thru on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 1am Central. We went for a late night run to Taco Bell and upon arrival, the drive-thru lady had to put us on a brief hold since they were serving the vehicle ahead of us. When we got our order taken, my boyfriend took a few minutes to figure out what he wanted and asked a few questions about the menu. The lady working was very kind and patient to us. When we got to the window, there was an error with the system. She asked again, if I would mind waiting, just a few more minutes while they get this computer problem resolved. I told her that it was no issue and that I work in a restaurant myself. I told her to take her time and we will be patiently waiting, no rush. She proceeded to smile from ear to ear thanking me and even went out of her way to tell me that I was so sweet. You never forget the smile you put on people's faces- even if it's something small to you, it might be big for others. She turned around with the biggest grin I've seen in a while. Employees are often mistreated by customers, rude upon arrival, and won't tolerate simple mistakes such as a system failure for only a few minutes. Apparently I made her day, and she made mine. It's the small things in life, and Erica made sure to take care of us. Everything was wonderful and I will definitely be returning again for my Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes....and Erica Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They always get me in and out quickly even with my crazy orders for my workplace!! They are super respectful and helpful thank you Kayla and her crewwill definitely be back thanks for making me feel like part of the family!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
