Bean burrito with extra red sauce and a cheesy Gordita crunch—best order for my taste buds In the mountains, peaceful, and in the corner of this developmentno better way to take a pit stop traveling down the coastline. Absolutely disgusting experience, if I could give this place negative stars I would! The women’s restroom had no toilet paper, and the feminine hygiene disposal bin was overflowing with used products. Outside wasn’t any better—the trash cans were overflowing, and garbage was scattered throughout the parking lot. This place looked neglected. There was only one kiosk to order from, and after waiting, I asked if someone could take my order at the register. I was told no and sent back to the kiosk. Yet minutes later, I watched an employee take a white family’s order at the register. Whether it was favoritism or something worse, it certainly made me feel like they were picking and choosing who deserved service. After waiting over 15 minutes for our food, my fries were served directly on a plastic tray with no paper liner. When I asked for one, I was told they didn’t have any and that the trays were “clean.” Based on the filthy condition of the restaurant, I didn’t believe that for a second. This location is dirty, poorly managed, and provides inconsistent customer service. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stop here. The manager or owner must hate their employees. This location is understaffed and is only staying afloat because they are on the highway. Took 25+ minutes to receive nachos and french fries. Lobby only had 3 customers and 1 car in the drive-thru. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
