Come here often and every time service is terrible. Nobody at the counter anymore. Can't pick up orders without waiting 20-30 minutes. The app says it's ready but it never is... terrible wait time for fast food Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

if i could give 0 stars I would, im a manager in food service and there’s is absolutely no reason why I should be waiting 45 minutes for a doordash?? this is fast food, im not sure if the employees are under the influence but they seem like it, they are disrespectful and will fully ignore you. I was standing in front of the counter with a large group of other customers who also had to wait an extremely long amount of time for fast food. I understand that it could take longer if there’s a rush going on but I was the only person in there when I got there and still had to wait an unexplainable amount of time for my doordash. do not come here, do not waste your money and wait pretty much an hour for FAST FOOD. this location definitely needs new management and employees. you’ve lost a long time customer. i visited on 4/10/26 Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i’ve worked in the food industry for 15 years… i understand how stressful these jobs get especially around the holidays. it’s draining, you’re over it and definitely considering quitting by the end of it all, i get that. however communication is key, I don’t mind waiting, things selling out, etc. i get it. however it’s so important to take care of your customers, especially ones who are there in person and have been waiting 45 minutes. I only went to taco bell cause my bonus kiddo wanted some steak on a soft tortilla with cheese… nothing much, extreamly simple. I kept checking in with different employees just to get told it would be done soon and it’s busy. low and behold after finally getting an employee to stop and actually check for the order, they handed it to someone else on accident and had ran out of soft tortillas. listen i’m not that upset but my kid is devastated, it’s an simple life lesson for her about not always getting the things you want but jeez guys I could’ve saved the 30 minutes waiting. there was no apology, i had to beg for a refund for food we didn’t even receive. again, i get it’s the holidays and it’s busy but communication is so important. Food: 4 Service: 1
