This place is awful. The food is overpriced and not good, as you would expect, but they're also very bad people. Today I saw a visually impaired person bump twice into their delivery scooters which were blocking the entirety of the sidewalk. I had to close the food box doors on the scooter so this guy could get by, and when I suggested to the delivery drivers (who were right there and saw this happen) that they could make more space, they rejected that idea, saying "this is our spot" and gesturing and the entrance. One of them then said "If he can't see the scooters, that's his problem". So yeah, that's the type of people they are. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you don't mind to wait for almost two hours after you ordered online and if you are prepared to hear fake excuses on the telephone why you have to wait for so long, this is the perfect place for you.If you like to order and get your food in a decent time span (without fake excuses in case the delivery takes much longer then expected), it's better to order everywhere else but at Taco Mundo Utrecht!
