Ordered through DoorDash, did the buy 1 get 1 free 4 times because DoorDash allowed me to do so, I ordered it because the picture showed 3 tacos per order but when I picked up my food there was only 4 tacos instead of 12, so I called the store and they stayed “it’s per 1 taco” but keep in mind it doesn’t say that anywhere on DoorDash and the picture shows 3 tacos, then I told the lady on the phone that it was false advertisement, she then proceeded to laugh over the phone and said “that is not false advertisement” worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. Do better because being incompetent doesn’t go well with the food business LOL. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in last week for the first and last time. I was joining some friends who were already seated when the server came over to take my drink order. I tried to order a glass of wine and the server just stared at me. It was loud in there so I pointed on the menu to the wine I was trying to order thinking the server couldn’t hear me. More staring. Then my friend who saw the confusion stepped in to help. My friend repeated my order in Spanish and recognition dawned on the server. My friend said “I didn’t realize she was speaking to you in Spanish” I said “she wasn’t speaking to me at all”. The rest of the meal the server wouldn’t interact with me, just communicated with my friend. I understand language barriers are difficult, especially when you’re trying to do your job and a customer doesn’t understand you but she was rude and seemed to resent me? No smiling or welcoming body language, just a few glares in my direction while taking my order through my friend. When my red wine arrived it was ice cold. My husband ordered tequila neat in Spanish and they gave him a different tequila in a plastic shot glass. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything special and it wasn’t worth the hassle. This is one of my favorite places for food. Have only done take out here.. The atmosphere is very positive and festive... Steake burritos are on point, steak tacos are great. The red and green sauces are delicious, also their salsa is amazing. Highly recommended, if you miss Taco Nice you're missing out.
