First time here since was craving tacos but it was too early for street tacos-- the tacos are quality, no skimping out on the portions which is great. The salsas included are so good you can drink them. I also got a side of guacamole, which the portion was disappointing and it tasted too salty. The horchata is good, it tastes a bit more like rompope but I liked it-- I also was disappointed by how small it was and how much ice was in the cup. Overall, great taste, good size on tacos, sad size on side/drink. The service was also great! Docking star for salty guac/small horchata and overall price. I would love to go here again, but due to high price, I will probably want to go to my local street tacos if they're open or a place in Santa Ana before going here-- but I'll definitely come again one day if I want fancy tacos! So Taco Rosa is a spot in Irvine. I actually been here about 7x and I don't eat Ceviche but it pissed me off that they put beans on the tostadas. Another thing their food is severely overpriced and terrible. The drinks 22 for a Sangria, they dont even put it in the right cup, its the same cup they give u cola in. Also taste like cheap wine and margarita mix. The food was so bad, I have this thing about wasting food, however it was so bad I couldnt even save it for my dogs, which eat anything because theyre used to eating good food and this was below that standard. Now out waiter... wow she was trying to win the award for worst waiter of 2026. I know some get busy and I understand, but I seen like 3 waiters in a place that had 4 tables occupied. She was bad bad... like one of the worst I've ever seen. She hated her job, but thats fine hate it away from your job and do your job when u get there. This is a service. Look i rather go to fake Mexican food taco bell than this spot again. It was not just disappointing it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I am fair and I am brutally honest, but this place seems like it lost its soul. No care, just shows it used to be so much better. Price per person: $90–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
