They said they couldn't turn down the volume of the "music" in the dining room, even though it's not only loud, but unintelligible as well. Isn't that silly? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve had multiple issues with this local Taco Time. Previously I had ordered two orders of their tater tots. Only one was given in the bag. My next visit I asked if they would comp one of the tots due to the error and was assured that wouldn’t be a problem. Rather than comp one of them that I originally paid for and never received, I instead paid for both orders of tater tots only to find out once back home they were seriously under cooked. Nothing crispy about those whatsoever. This brings me to my most recent problem. This past week I waited in the drive through behind one car at the ordering menu. I sat patiently for about 5 mins. When the car in front of me hadn’t move I wondered what was going on. She looked like she was asleep. I waited another 5 mins. She wasn’t asleep, she was in fact waiting to order. Cars were now piling up. I had already been there 10 mins without any orders being taken at the drive through. I was told by staff they were prioritizing online orders before helping any customers who physically came to the location themselves to pay for their food in person. I can’t think of a situation that makes me want to avoid returning to a restaurant more than that. In theory, if 1,000 people ordered online before anyone came to the restaurant, your approach is to serve those 1,000 online orders and turn away anyone arriving in person to order? Why even have a drive through or a restaurant? They could have been accepting 3 orders, and slowly making food for customers who had arrived to order in person and I would have totally accepted that. But to allow customers to arrive and just sit there wondering what the hell is going on is a hilarious business approach. I left once finding out how they “prioritize” their orders. Drove down the road through traffic to Wendy’s. I was the 4th car in the drive through. I was able to order, pay, receive my order, and drive back past the taco time down the street before the poor woman in front of me received her food in the drive through. I have always enjoyed Taco Time, but if you think this counts as customer service you can disappear like any number of the other franchises that have tried and failed. Food: 5 Service: 1
