This is for the SLC, Utah. 810 south state street location only.
We've been customers at this taco time for 20 years or more.
Until a terrible experience with a bad employee named Kiki. We came in on a saturday and there were only 2 women working. The employee named Kiki seemed like she was already really angry and in a bad mood. When we got our food it was overcooked and dry. So we went to take it back and ask for different food. The employee named Kiki started flipping out and screaming and acting ridiculous. So my senior citizen mother had set the tray of food on the counter and it fell, so then the employee named Kiki became very furious and started yelling and screaming, and so we went to walk out, and the employee named Kiki started running towards us as if to literally chase us out of the restaurant. We were shocked! Who chases a senior citizen out of a restaurant for dropping a plate of food?!?!?!?!?
The employee named Kiki would not refund our money or give us the food we paid for, so we were ripped off.
I'm very confused and shocked by this employee's behavior.
We have never had a problem with any employees in the past.
This employee Kiki has worked there for 5 years or more, so we are not sure if this person is the manager of Taco Time.
This employee also seems to have a problem with female customers and white people.
This location is very strange and usually lacking on cleanliness.
We will also be reporting this restaurant location for a bug infestation as well as health code violations and we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
The Restrooms are currently infested with bugs and Roaches.
The bug infestation was discovered in the restrooms on 7/8/2021
This incident with the bad employee named Kiki happened on 10/18/2020
