The steak was old and dried out I asked the girl was my food made fresh and she told me yes. The only thing warm on my taco was the shell. I called back up there and they didn’t care and shrugged it off. I’ve been going there since they were Flash Taco; however, after today, I will never go back there. I’m not persuading anyone else not to go, because that’s not the type of person I am, but make sure your food is fresh and they prepare it accordingly. The workers at Ta'golazo are extremely rude and unprofessional! I ordered pick-up from one of the delivery services. When I arrived to pick-up my order at the time that I was provided, I was first told that they hadn't received an order. I then showed them the details of my order on my phone in which they miraculously found my order, but communicated very rudely that it was not ready and would be another 15 minutes. So, I waited in my car for the 15 minutes before going inside again for my order. Not only was I told that it still wasn't ready, the woman behind the counter responded as if she was annoyed that I was there. I told her that her tone and lack of apology for my wait was extremely rude and unprofessional. She then proceeded to stare me down and responded "do you still want the order or what?". I walked out, called the delivery service to cancel my order, and will never return.
