Very good food and proportions wonderful tasting! I didn’t finish it so more food for later. Out very quick too Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have supported Taipei Express since they came to the neighborhood years ago. Today would be my LAST DAY!!! I spoke with "Johnathan" today and advised my House Special Lo Mein contained ONLY CHICKEN. I told him there was no shrimp or other protein. HIS RESPONSE " The pork is prepared same and may look like chicken. Also, beef is no longer included. I don't know what you want me to do, I wasn't back there when they cooked it." He never offered to make it right. After minutes of passing the buck, I realized the CUSTOMER SERVICE is GONE! They have definitely changed. My FM 1464 favorite weekly spot is a thing of the past. Anybody tried Dragon Wok yet? I dont have to spend my.money where it is not valued!! Food: 3 Service: 1

I’m giving this place one star because I can’t give less. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The young guy taking orders acted like I was asking for free food instead of paying for a meal. On top of that, my soup was served cold. I honestly didn’t even want to complain because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome they already made me feel. Sadly, this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the service since these young employees started working there. The food is okay, but the customer service completely ruins the experience.
