I would give them five stars because I have been a long time, loyal customer and have taken many friends there over the years. But I and a friend both got food poisoning from their buffet. I usually order off the menu and like the food when it comes out hot and fresh, but recently I met a friend for lunch and we opted for the buffet. Big mistake. Another friend of mine had a similar experience there and was violently ill after eating from their food buffet. A third time a friend got a plate of food from the buffet and it was barely warm and made her feel uneasy, so she sent that plate back and decided to order off the menu instead. Since I have never had any issues with their menu items, I'm going to continue to go there, but never touch the buffet food.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. It felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than guests. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was very little effort to provide good service. The food was even more disappointing. The BBQ had a strong bitter taste, as if it had been overcooked, burned, or prepared with poor-quality ingredients. The meat was dry, lacked flavor, and was far from fresh. Several items tasted unpleasant, and I could barely finish my meal. The restaurant itself did not leave a good impression either. Combined with the poor service and terrible food quality, the entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good BBQ or decent customer service. There are many better options available. I definitely will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before visiting. Avoid this place if you value good food, respectful service, and a pleasant dining experience.
