Went to Taleed by Chef Michael Mina in Riyadh and honestly it's one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The cuisine is Hijazi-Mediterranean and the menu is so unique. The space is beautiful and chill, the service is incredible, and the menu balances Saudi flavors with a modern touch really well. But the real highlight for me was the Hariri lamb on mango rice. The lamb is super tender and full of flavor, and the mango rice adds just enough sweetness to make the whole dish stand out without being overwhelming. Riyadh's food scene keeps getting better, and Taleed by Michael Mina definitely lives up to the hype. If you go, order the lamb - that's the one. Also, the kind waiter got me tea with ginger and honey when he noticed I have the flu. Very kind and attentive staff. Price per person: SAR 200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

المطعم لذيذ اكله ما عرف أميز الطبع له طلبنا استيك يجي معاه اتوقع كينوا يجي تحته و فروج مشوي يجي معاه سليق يجي تحته كانو لذيذين جداً والخدمة ممتازه كان الي أشرف على طلباتنا اسمه نواف اشكره في الشرح الرائع لكل طلب الجلسة وأجواء المطعم جميله شكراً للقامين على المطعم بالتوفيق The restaurant's food was delicious, but I couldn't quite place the main dish. We ordered steak, which I think came with quinoa underneath, and grilled chicken, which came with saleeg They were both very tasty, and the service was excellent. The person who supervised our orders was named Nawaf, and I thank him for his wonderful explanation of each order. The seating and atmosphere of the restaurant were lovely.
