Loved mostly everything we ate here! Didn't end up opting for the tasting menu, as we ended up picking a choosing more of what we liked to eat and came out cheaper. Dishes were really unique and flavours were mostly spot on. The puff pastry mushroom was good - but the goat cheese on it was overwhelming and would've liked more mushroom to offset it. This was a pretty heavy dish to finish off. There was a slight miss was the pork dish (from the Alberta plate) - the meat was on the dry and tougher side. Same thing happened at another restaurant featuring the same kind of pork - not sure if it's just the quality of the pig meat... Cool restaurant vibe, would definitely recommend it here and book reservations early!

Went here for my best friends birthday and they gave us champagne on the house which was very nice of them. They have interesting food. Some simple dishes such as roasted tomatoes or asparagus with hollondaise sauce. However, it was all delicious. My least favourite dish was the dandelion fritters- too doughy. My favourite dish was a beef tartare because it's literally raw ground beef which generally you cannot eat but this you can!

One of the most popular restaurants in Canmore. A building filled with ambience top and bottom. The first impression you get is that it will be too cramped but that is the secret to its charm as it fills to capacity or you may have gotten a time when there were only a few patrons. It won't matter as the pleasant and knowledgeable staff will make your dining experience an adventure in dining delight. The portions may seem small but the variety of tapas soon fills your stomach and palate with unique flavour and tastes paired with the right wines. From their 7 course tapas to Pintxos to Platos to Charcuteria I have tried just about everything on the menu and can never get tired of the endless choices. Highly recommended for those of you with an open mind and adventurous palate. You won't be disappointed!
