Waiting 40 Minutes For Birria Tacos With Consume, And It Tasted Completely Watered Down. No Flavor In The Birria At All And I’ve Tried A Lots Of Birria In The Piedmont Area. So Far This Spot Has The Worst One Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Our introduction to El Gallito Mexican Restaurant in High Point, NC came through a friend’s recommendation. The service was commendable, marked by cordiality and attentiveness. However, the culinary experience left room for improvement. While the menu prices were slightly higher than those of comparable establishments, the taste did not match our expectations. Most of the meat dishes suffered from overcooking, resulting in an undesirable chewiness. Additionally, the seasoning was heavy-handed, rendering the entire meal overly salty. On a positive note, the restaurant boasts a decent and clean ambiance. Ample parking spaces are available out front. Despite these merits, the lackluster flavor profile of the food leaves me hesitant to return. In summary, while El Gallito excels in service and atmosphere, the taste of the dishes fell short of our hopes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
