I ordered two take-and-bake pizzas. When I started baking the first one, I noticed the center of the crust was extremely thin. I was able to salvage it enough to make it edible, but it was clearly not prepared properly. Unfortunately, the second pizza had a much bigger issue. The middle of the crust completely disintegrated, leaving half the pizza with only toppings and no crust underneath. After looking into it, I noticed other customers have experienced similar problems, which made the situation even more disappointing. I called the store and spoke with the manager to explain what had happened. She offered either a replacement pizza or credit for a future order. Since the pizza was already unusable, I asked for a refund and was told I would need to bring the pizza back to the store. When I arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue—she simply handed me the refund and the interaction ended. Between the quality issue with the pizzas and the lack of customer service, the experience was frustrating. The staff and management appear to need additional training. If you’re looking for consistently good pizza and service, I would recommend trying Cascadia Pizza in town instead Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did take out, not take and bake. Pizza was really good (pepperoni). Staff was friendly, price was good. Call in was smooth and pick up, quick. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Teenagers out of control. Called me a foul name. Refused to refund money for a black burned pizza or to prepare a new one. Claimed that manager was going to be gone for a month. Refused to give her name! Unbelievable. Worst experience ever in any restaurant in my 59 years of life! Pass this on to everyone who knows the "old" Paul bunyan service and great food!
