Hubby decided to order dinner from this restaurant last night. I ordered the stew fish with rice & peas, veggies, and plantain. I also had a chicken patty. I'll first start by saying most food tastes better freshley made, fish falls into this category. The fish was dryer and harder than cardboard, I was incredibly disappointed. Presentation needs improvement, the rice was tasty but waaaay too much rice with just a couple peas, veggies chopped too chunky, plantain over cooked to the point of being burnt. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Recommended dishes: Stew Fish, Fried Plantains, Rice and Peas

Taste of Jamaica is as the name says it’s Jamaican food in Atlanta. Jamaica has many claims to fame one is USAIN BOLT, one other is jerk , whether it’s chicken, pork, or goat, the chefs at this restaurant has transferred quality Jamaican fare to this establishment and he / she / they have an amazing awesome job. The food on offer is quality, it’s tasty, it’s fresh, it’s seasoned properly my chosen choice was jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage with a portion of plantain and to wash it down with ginger beer, trust me I was Jamaica on the beach it was that good, the portion size was very generous my belly was very happy and very full, I also indulged in beef patties for later, it was quality. This is not restaurant in respect of tables, it’s a takeaway with just one table so you take it home and eat and relax, there was many food offerings which is Jamaican such as ice cream, rum and raisin, super malt, bun and cheese the list goes on and on, next time I am going for the oxtail, it looked so good, these guys know how to cook, as the Jamaican’s would say ONE LOVE Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Jerk Chicken
