What an incredible dinner experience! The staff was excellent. The food was delicious, and Chef Emmanuel and the other chefs were fantastic. The overall experience was perfect. Every dish was better than the last. I can see why they earned a Michelin star. Excellent! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would revisit. Michelin star restaurants can be hit or miss in my experience, this was definitely a hit. Not a always a big fan of mole but this one was up my alley. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

My husband took me to Tatemó for my birthday tonight, and I’ve been wanting to experience it for such a long time. It absolutely lived up to the hype. The entire tasting menu was thoughtful, creative, and packed with flavor from beginning to end. The tostada was an immediate standout for me, the tuna, chipotle, avocado and caviar combination had incredible flavor and was such a perfect first course. I also loved seeing how the menu moved through dishes like the barbacoa gordita, squash blossom quesadilla, chileatole, trout, and the NY strip with mole negro. Everything felt elevated while still staying rooted in flavors that felt warm and familiar. The desserts were such a fun ending too, especially the corn-infused tres leches and all of the little final bites. Beyond the food, the entire experience felt intimate and special, which made it perfect for my birthday. Such a memorable dinner with my husband and easily one of those meals I’ll be thinking about for a long time. Tatemó was absolutely worth the wait.
