Hello Eric, Thank you for the feedback and for being a Tavoláta guest for all these years! We are constantly changing our menus to showcase what is at its peak freshness in whatever season we are in, and to bring the best of the best to our guests. We do have staples like the pappardelle and the rigatoni, and are so elated that you loved the Gnocchi Alla Romana so much! It was a very labor intensive dish, so we’re glad that all the work put into it was really appreciated.
