I can't begin to say how disappointed I am right now. I ordered three boxes as Christmas gifts and still have not received them. I have call about ten times at their different locations. You must leave a message every time, and no one calls you back. I spent between $200-$300 dollars. It stated that I would receive the cookies within 2-5 business days. Day 12... still no cookies or polite explanation. i was so looking forward to these. cookies. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered Taylor Chip Cookies after seeing the ads on social media. We got six cookies that were shipped out quickly and well packaged, but can't say we were overall thrilled with the cookies themselves. The oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodle cookies were fine. The best cookie was the lava cake which was moist and chewy. The problem was with the chocolate chip cookies. I usually judge a cookie place by how well they make their chocolate chip cookies. The Taylor Chip chocolate chip cookies were grainy, dry, and had very few chocolate chips. There were so few chocolate chips that I actually thought I was eating the wrong cookie. Three of us tried the cookie and decided it wasn't worth finishing. I had ordered a second chocolate chip cookie that we opened but it looked exactly the same so we just threw it out. The cookies might be better in person, but outside of the lava cake I see no reason to order from again. Honestly disappointed for what we paid for items and delivery. If I could give these cookies a zero rating I would. Overpriced at $4.50 per cookie. I purchased a chocolate chip cookie which lacked flavor and was under baked. I little raw dough inside. The oatmeal cookie was hard as a brick. Not sure why people are rating these cookies high, but as a long time baker these cookies were awful and underperformed. Not worth the price.
