I was always very happy with Tschibo. Until now. Beware of QBO machines.!! I bought a Qbo You-Rista. This broke twice. Exactly the same error - 2x. And since the warranty recently expired, they don't do anything. I think it's a shame because we know that this product is defective and yet offers nothing to the customer. I know a lot of Qbo customers with the same problem. That's why, according to an employee (Tschibo), this machine was removed from the range. I'm standing there now, with capsules without a machine. And don't get any compensation or anything like that. According to customer service, you would have to pay for the repair yourself. This deficiency is not my fault. Sad.! Tschibo has lost me as a customer!
