Me and my family absolutely love the Teak house .. This one experience was recently was not what we were expecting. First , we felt very rushed by the server , I will add I’ve never seen this server before e inexperienced , which everybody has to learn so that greatly understandable . However , the food is always a 10 Along with the atmosphere !!! The server with the short cut curly hair has waited on us before I definitely recommend her. The server we had this go around made us real very rushed and uncomfortable. Even though the experience wasn’t great I still respect the game and tipped very well. The only other take away was the dirty silver ware.. I left the silverware in plan view the server never noticed it . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

First visit, party of three on Saturday evening. Seated promptly as not busy, ordered drinks with spring rolls and crab rangoon appetizers which came out quickly. The rangoons were best ever! For entrees we ordered Pad Thai chicken, green curry chicken, and crispy fish. All were tasty and good portions...half the Pad Thai went home. The "Thai Hot" was not extreme by any measure. One note: for crispy fish, ask that fish is put on top as it will be covered in sauce otherwise, losing the crunch. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Paid $106.75 for a to-go order through DoorDash — a shrimp and chicken pad Thai, shrimp fried rice, chicken satay, and 2 Thai sweet teas. The Dasher only delivered the food, not the drinks. When I asked the Dasher where my drinks were, she said the restaurant never provided them and told me to contact the restaurant for a refund. I called the restaurant, and the girl there seemed uninterested, basically saying I should contact DoorDash for a refund, or that they might or might not call me back, or I might have to go to the restaurant myself to get my drinks. Keep in mind that we paid $19.00 just for the Dasher tips. Here’s the pad Thai I received — it looks like dog food! What the hell! Price per person: $90–100 Food: 3

Sorry about that, most of the time Dasher would check all items what they are picking up and make sure they would get all item customer had ordered before they leave the restaurant that what your $19 tips for. When you ordered through Doordash your payment would go to Doordash platform first so that why our employee had suggested you to contact DoorDash but anyway no problem we will try to contact DoorDash for you to refund the amount of your missing items and it would help for you to get your refund quicker if you would contact DoorDash platform also. To help you get your refund, would you give me more information about your order please. What is the name, date and the total bill amount. Regards.
