Horrible experience. We are visiting New Mexico from California and were told about this place, so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, we specifically asked if we could sit at the bar, and we were told yes. We ordered drinks and were only about halfway through them when the manager came over and told us we needed to leave because someone was waiting for the bar seats and had a reservation for that area. If the bar seating was reserved, that should have been communicated to us **before** we were seated there. We would have gladly chosen another option. Instead, we were seated, served drinks, and then pressured to leave before we could even finish them. The manager continued pressuring us to hurry, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We came here hoping to have a nice experience while visiting New Mexico, and unfortunately, this was anything but that. Poor communication and very poor customer service. We left extremely disappointed and would **not recommend this place** based on our experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve had two good meals here in the last 6 months but today was just terrible. The chicken was advertised as bone in chicken thighs and what we were served thin frozen fried chicken that was gross with a weird glaze. Worse than Applebees. I sent my drink back to be remade because I order it all the time and could tell it was off. It came back the same awful as before, full of fake lime juice. The calamari was cold and the service has been bad twice this week. I thought I had finally found a consistent place to bring people for dinner but no longer feel confident bringing anyone here. Oh, and on the way out someone else’s Steak Frits had frozen tater tots, instead of the homemade fries with herbs. Don’t be fooled by this place. They will serve you frozen crap from the freezer before admitting they are out of what you actually ordered and the drinks have been all over the place lately. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Kelsey, you're correct, we got our butts kicked on Saturday during Summerfest. We were swamped, the kitchen forgot to order fries -- meaning we substituted tater tots, not our best move -- and we failed you. Teddy Roe's is nothing short of magical. I've been here 5 times now and I have not had a single drink or thing to eat that was short of stellar. They just don't miss, and all for reasonable prices, too. The staff is so friendly and they make the most amazing drinks. They know my tastes better than I know them myself. The vibe in there is unmatched. They have live music more often than not and it perfectly matches the atmosphere. I generally hate lave music but the artists at Teddy Roe's have changed my tune. This place simply has no business being as incredible as it is. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
