We stopped by for a quick lunch not expecting much when we first saw the place but looking back at our time here in Santorini this was the best meal we had. The food was freshly made by a Nonna including the hand squeezed lemonade and you could taste the difference. I wasn’t hungry but I devoured the tomato fritters and mousakka (definitely spelling this incorrect but refer to the picture of the food). We ended it off with the chocolate biscuits which were so delicious that we had to ask the Nonna for the recipe. If you are down here definitely give this spot a try! We tried a bunch of instagram famous places but the food here was the highlight of our trip! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We found this hidden gem on our way to the lighthouse. What a special treat! Our hostess, Giota, made our day with her outstanding service and conversation. Meal type: Other Price per person: €5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stumbled upon Kambia Beach by accident on our ATV and absolutely loved it. The place was so quiet and peaceful, a real hidden gem. We stopped for drinks at Temeteron, which has stunning views, and as we were leaving discovered our ATV fuel gauge wasn’t working — we’d completely run out of petrol! A little panicked, we went back and asked the waiter if he had any fuel. He didn’t, but he kindly called a friend who offered to drive up to the nearest station and bring some back for us. We couldn’t believe the generosity and hospitality. While we waited, we ordered more food and drinks — the squid in particular was incredible. Beautiful beach, amazing food, breathtaking views, and the kindest people you could hope to meet. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Price per person: €10–15
