Ordered door dash. They excepted my order and when I came to pick it up. The place was closed. It was 5:30pm. No one answered my phone calls. Is this place even open? Don't order door dash they are just collecting your money.

DO NOT order online - have to have 2 orders refunded that were placed online because they don't have it in stock. Menu has 3 main items and they don't have 2/3. Update - It's been OVER 2 WEEKS and I have not received a refund for either order, or a call back from the restaurant after leaving my name and number twice. This last week no one will answer the phone, it just rings and rings. I get that things happen, but as a business, it is your job to take responsibility when the business fails to provide what is promised. Just fix the mistake and I will NEVER bother you, or step foot in your restaurant again. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to the Teriyaki Queen when it first opened at the Block and it was delicious! I went again this evening and was extremely disappointed at the quality, it's gone downhill. There were two young people operating the restaurant, they didn't seem to take pride in the food quality or service. My shrimp tempura was burned. I will not eat here again Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
