I drove 35 mins to attend the afrobeats event and was told that I couldn't get in because I had a jersey on. On the flyer it said "proper attire" which I don't know what that means? I saw men walking in with white tshirts and women with booty shorts on so I'm confused what proper attire meant. I assume a bot is going to respond to me, but when you get time I'd like a human to tell me why I was denied entry?

Terrace Bar heavily markets the pool that can be found be found in nearly all of their photos online. I booked a reservation here thinking my group would be able to eat, drink and spend a couple of hours at the pool. After calling to see if they had towels for guest use, we were made aware that the pool is for Luxe 23 apartment residents only. I'm confused as to why this wasn't made clear on their website. The food and drinks are incredibly overpriced, definitely not worth it if you aren't allowed to use the pool. Super disappointed.
