Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at The Terrace while attending a team lunch to celebrate a work achievement. We were a group of 11, however, the service was extremely disorganised from the start. Firstly, the food did not come out at the same time, which meant people were eating at different times instead of enjoying the meal as a group. When I placed my order, the staff didn’t bother to ask where I was sitting and assigned my order to a completely different table number than our group’s table. I ended up waiting 45 minutes without receiving my food. When I followed up, I was told it was “on its way,” and then a few minutes later, I was told to wait another two minutes—but my meal still never arrived. By the time the rest of my group had finished eating, I was still waiting. I then requested a refund, but the staff handled this very poorly. The girl at the counter didn’t even ask for my card details and simply said the refund had been processed. I asked to speak to the manager due to how frustrating the situation had been, but was casually told he was “somewhere around” and that he was the one who took my order. After waiting for a refund notification and not receiving anything, I went back to the counter and spoke to another staff member, who told me he was one of the managers. I explained that I had waited nearly an hour without being served and raised concerns about the refund. Instead of apologising, he just explained how their system works., without showing any empathy or offering a sincere apology. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering it was meant to be a celebration. Poor service, lack of communication, and no accountability from staff or management. I would not recommend this place to others. Service: 1

This review is for the bottomless brunch. In my opinion best bottomless brunch in Perth and I’ve been to many. From the food, drinks and service couldn’t fault it. A special mention to our server Riley, what a valuable asset to The Terrace Hotel. The venue is absolutely stunning and I love the historic background to it. Highly recommend The Terrace. Service: 5
