First, food quality is not a “main issue” at our restaurant, as reflected by our consistent 4-star rating on Google and the feedback from many regular customers. Regarding the setting, part of our restaurant is open-air, while another section is covered. This is clearly visible on site and part of the experience we offer. When you ordered, our team clearly informed you in advance that there would be a wait time, and you agreed to proceed with the order knowing this. For the avocado toast, we did not serve “three thin slices of avocado.” We use half a fresh avocado prepared as guacamole, along with additional avocado pieces. This is our standard recipe. Concerning the chicken sandwich, the chicken was prepared fresh the same morning, and all our dishes are cooked to order. We take food safety and freshness very seriously, and an off smell is not something that reflects our preparation standards. As for the Immunity Booster, it is made with fresh fruits and vegetables, which naturally results in a thicker texture. It is designed to be nutritious rather than watery. We respect that personal taste can vary, but we believe it is important to present the facts accurately.
