This is my favorite restaurant in the Bacolod Silay area, even above Stephen's (Silay) bc better value. It is quite good, even from my American viewpoint. Only once did I have to wait bc no reservation. 630pm or later I recommend reservations. I mostly go when it has been open 0 to 30 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Fewer tables, not as elegant atmosphere as Stephen's in Silay, still my favorite of the two. Wheelchair accessibility: Looks easy for wheelchair entry and seating.

I had such a wonderful experience at Terrasse! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing service. The waiters who accommodated me were so kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. I honestly felt a little bad that I didn’t bring cash because they truly deserved an extra tip. I was also surprised (and impressed) that they don’t add a service charge and yet the staff still gave their very best. That says a lot about their dedication. Thank you to the whole team for making my dining experience so memorable. I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱400–600
