We first found out about Texas Reds at the Belleville, KS fair this year. We ordered the ribs, and they were the best ribs we’ve ever had, hands-down. We ordered a second rack right after, and they were just as good. We’re from Kansas City, so we’ve had some great ribs, but, honestly, these have ruined other ribs for us. We googled to find out who this vendor was to see if they have a restaurant we could visit. We really hope they are back at the Belleville fair next year - we’ll make the trek from Kansas City for those ribs! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
