We frequently go to Texas Roadhouse because they are consistently good, except for this one. This one doesn’t even come close to their other restaurants. One of the steaks in our meals was very over cooked and the side vegetables had a really off taste. The other meal the steak was very gristly and the portobello sauce that was to come with it didn’t because “they were making a fresh batch”. Meanwhile when it did come it was absolutely awful and had a strange chemical taste. We didn’t say anything to the waitress because it clearly isn’t their fault, however before posting this review I did reach out on their online contact form twice and never received a response so clearly they don’t care. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $20–30

Went here with my mother today and ordered the cactus blossom/blooming onion, among other stuff. Had to send the cactus blossom back twice because the onion was not peeled. Told our waitress, who I believe was named Tia or Isabella? (couldn't read name tag properly, but receipt said Isabella, but tag looked like it said Tia or something similar) And she sent the manager, Ashley Rambish, over, and they comped our entire meal minus the alcohol we were having. Service was great, and felt very heard in the issues we were having, and I got a coupon for a free appetizer, to replace the birthday coupon that was originally used for getting a free appetizer. Never had this issue before, so still love the place, but their prep person was definitely having an off day. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20

Do yourself a favor! Go to the grocery store, pick up your own steak & potato & make it yourself! You will be more pleased than receiving a bleeding steak, raw veggies & old baked potato that sat all day. Never again will I spend money in this place set in Indiana pa. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30
