Hi Jonathan. Thank you for revising your original review as you originally mentioned a dinner experience of our food and the long wait but those were an untrue experience. There are about a dozen signs in our lot that states it’s a private lot (one as you enter on a pole and another on the front of our building as you’re leaving) as is most private lots in the down town area. Every lot around us is privately owned and have towing signs so this is very common of the downtown area in ALL metropolitan cities. Even dominos down the street is parking enforced. We do not work with them and they have permission from the owner of these buildings to boot and/or tow. We do not work with them or make any sort of money off these occurrences. The review should be for the towing company. Not us. I only offered to make things right since your review mentioned a dining experience. I understand it’s a frustrating experience but this has no reflection on our business/food or service.
