I have been a regular customer at your restaurant since the opening day. However, today I have decided to stop purchasing from your restaurant. The reason for this decision is the behavior of one of your staff members, a young boy who interacted with me today. Unfortunately, he did not show basic customer service skills and lacked proper manners while speaking with customers. His way of communication was disappointing and unprofessional. Due to this experience, I have decided to visit other restaurants, even if they are farther away. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide proper customer service training to your staff so that other customers do not face a similar situation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
