We are staying at the Sands of Kahana, so having the Beach House on-site has been great. The Fish Tacos are delicious as are the fries and onion rings. The Happy Hour menu is limited and the crab cake sliders are pretty good. Hamburger sliders are too sparse and if you order lettuce, tomato, or pickles each are a dollar, also any sauces, so just know what you're getting into. Overall, service is friendly and view is beautiful.

Our waitress didn't listen to us. We asked for chips and salsa. By the time we got our food, I told her to take off the chips. Couldn't get her to remember that we wanted refills, so the good guy helped us with everything. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Well, to start, this will be my first ever Yelp review. I wish I was coming to you all to rave about my experience, sadly that is not the case. I ate at The Beach House Bar & Grill this evening and not only can I not in good conscious recommend it... I felt compelled to save the next couple $75. As my fiancé and I were lead to our table we were greeted by an dirty picnic table with a half drank cocktail from the party before us. As you read through my review, please keep in mind the table remained dirty and sticky and the half drank cocktail made us a party of 3 throughout the meal. We both ordered the grilled fish tacos. She has some food allergies they could accommodate for. Unfortunately, orders came out incorrect. (1) they ran out of the sides we ordered and substituted them without asking us our preference (2) my fiancé is severely allergic to our newly selected side (3) her fish tacos had the wrong toppings. After saying they would correct the food they brought out a second incorrect order where they simply scraped off the side with the allergy. This would have caused her to have a terrible night if you catch my drift. On the third attempt we got our $18 fish tacos and I must say we were puzzled on if they were fish tacos or ummarinated day old chicken breast. It was amazing how they actually tasted like nothing. About halfway through our meal we finally got our utensils, napkins, and water. We did not see our waitress a single time as we try to get our order corrected. The next time we saw her she was delivering us a check. Shout out to the kid working as the hostess in the front for the table sets and water. You're the only polite one in the building. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Miso Phat sushi. And if they're too full to seat you just throw your money in the trash and go to bed hungry. Spark notes - our waitress had a completely lack of customer service skills, food and drinks were terrible (no way to sugar coat it), and it's still expensive. I honestly don't enjoy leaving a poor review but I really hope they take this to heart to make some changes.
