Hi Marion, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m very sorry your daughter and her friend felt ignored or disrespected during their visit. That is not the experience we want anyone to have at The Boba Lounge. We did look into this and spoke with the employees who were working that day. We also tried reviewing our cameras from June 7 to find the exact time this may have happened, but based on the information we currently have, we weren’t able to confirm the situation. Do you happen to remember around what time they came in or what drinks they ordered? Even a rough time frame would really help us narrow it down and look into it more closely. Either way, we take this seriously. We’ll be speaking with our team again about making sure every customer feels welcomed, respected, and taken care of.
