Used the QR code to order, service was reasonably quick, lovely atmosphere and aesthetic, food good too. Was a nice place to catchup with friends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

We, a large group, decided to leave after realizing the only way to order in the restaurant was to scan the QR code and order online. While we were all traveling and didn't wish to sign on to our mobile networks, one member of our party did. The menu was clumsy and the search bar was underwhelming. For the additional work, I suggest you go somewhere else or stay home and cook; it would be easier. Another business, which cannot get out of it's own way. They must really make a ton of money from customers who don't expect good customer service.

We ended up at The Brit Pub & Eatery in Auckland almost by accident, and it turned into one of those unexpectedly memorable nights that defines a stop on a trip. With the city bracing for an incoming cyclone and many places closing early, this spot felt like a refuge. The energy inside was the complete opposite of the weather outside. We came in for drinks and some late night food, and both delivered. The atmosphere was lively without feeling chaotic, and the service kept up even as the place filled out. But what truly made the night was the live music. The “Off the Wall” band was performing, and you could immediately tell this was not just another casual pub act. Their sound was incredibly tight and polished, which makes sense given their 17 years performing weddings and events. They moved seamlessly through a diverse setlist, covering songs from all over the world, and the crowd responded. At one point the entire place felt like a dance floor. People were up, moving, singing along, and fully leaning into the moment. There was something almost surreal about it. Outside, the city was shutting down, while inside, the music kept building and the drinks kept flowing. This is exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble into while traveling. Great energy, strong live music, and a crowd that’s fully engaged. If you’re in Auckland and want a night that feels alive, this is it.
