Had the chance to try out this darling cake called the perfect chocolate cake from this place yesterday and I felt like how you would feel when you drink bottled water after all these year of drinking foul water. A big OMG, the cake was effing great! Cocoa was fused into every particle of batter that was working to make the cake a living fiesta in your mouth! Apart from chocolate there were layers of oreo-type filling that held the spongy and the juicy interior together from sliding by its own creaminess. The exterior of the cake reminded me of a melted chocolate that froze in a freezer, so unevenly and artfully! The crust was enclosing all the goodness that the cake had to offer. It was just holding it, that when you chew on the slab of chocolate coating and penetrate it, the taste you feel on the tip of the tongue is heavenly and absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommended to all the choco fanatics!! This was lovely!
