When you …So sorry to hear about your experience at our location last night, I was the one who took your payment and am the general manager of this location. I was the reason on why the order took a little longer than expected to come out. When you came in, we started packing your order (as we do with the desserts to limit the amount of heat from a sealed bag, even if it's not under a heat lamp, still melts fairly quickly), we noticed that because it was sitting there for a while, the whipped cream had melted already in our cold station window, so instead of giving that out, in the middle of our rush, I made the call to get you new whipped cream. After 30 minutes of driving for you, it's understandable that even the new one had melted due to being in the containers for that long. As far as the portion size, we get the cakes pre-cut from our suppliers so thank you for letting me know about this, I can reach out to them. Do you happen to know who you talked to about getting the deal for the whole cake as I did not hear anything about that and that’s usually a type of question that comes to me right away.
