Great atmosphere, and service is always good make sure I review my order before going ahead and be precise about making the food as requested I have a picky husband . They are relatively quick and always have a smile. I enjoy eating here with my mom or my friends or take out for my husband because we want something delicious and healthy. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the Santa Fe salad for lunch at the Quance St. location. I had only consumed a peanut butter toast that morning (Wed., May 22), and was looking forward to an easy, nutritious meal. A couple of hours after I had consumed the contaminated salad, I had nausea, burning cheeks, throat, and chest, and terrible cramps. I tried to leave the house to do a couple of errands, but had to make a quick u-turn because I was so sick. After a couple of times I had thrown up, my husband phoned Chopped Leaf to tell them about my food poisoning so others would not end up the same way. He spoke to an employee who promised to pass the info to her manager. The misery, pain, and inability to eat or work caused two days of suffering and inconvenience. I would have expected a phone call and apology once the manager was informed, but there was none. This shows a huge lack of responsibility and empathy to customers, which is very disappointing. I will NEVER visit this poorly operated business establishment again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20
