Just ordered a cowboy cut strip with mashed and asparagus. The owner called me immediately to let me know they were out of mashed potatoes and made me roasted potatoes instead. I was impressed at the time he took to keep me informed and the initiative to make an alternative side. My meal was ready at the time specified and unfortunately, didn't even make it on the drive home which is why there are no photos. The strip was juicy cooked medium rare as I asked and asparagus was perfect. All seasoned very well and was delicious. Was very impressed. Will be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Incredible! Visiting from out of town and randomly picked The Chopping Block as it was nearby. Could not be happier that we did! Steak was cooked to perfection! Sides were wonderful as well. Chef/owner was very friendly. Hardly a wait at all especially high quality meal! Highly recommend and WILL return if we are ever back in the area. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
