I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit to the Coffee Club at Innaloo. My family and I usually enjoy the calamari and chips there, and it’s one of our go-to meals. However, on this occasion, we were extremely disappointed with the portion size we received. The serving consisted of only three pieces of calamari and a very small amount of scattered chips. For the price and based on previous visits, this was well below the standard we’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, it felt like poor value for money and left us quite dissatisfied. We’ve always enjoyed dining at the Coffee Club Innaloo, but this experience has made us reconsider returning in the future. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that the portion sizes can be reviewed and improved. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a pretty bad experience today ( 17/11/2025) went in for breakfast with my partner and child and one of the women working there with a star on her face took our order i asked for the kids menu then I added my child meal first then go on to add our food .we Ordered 3 meals, she failed to add my child's meal to the order and when I asked about it she had the audacity to shake her head no saying we never order it. When in fact we did because She had given us a separate kids menu because it wasn't on the main menu. Very disappointed. Retraining NEEDED. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $60–80 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
