Unsure how this massive sports bar and restaurant is still open. Upon arriving, you're (still) greeted with the smells of 1980's Port Authority (iykyk) and the place is completely empty at 9pm on a Saturday. Old everything inside--furniture, menus, decor--uggh. Such potential there. Comics were fine, staff was friendly. I said ten years ago this place's days were numbered. Good for them I guess but there's no reason to dine there with all the other good options within a 3-mile radius...and I'm including Benihana... They need some tough love from a Taffer or a Ramsay.

We were there to see a comedian. We didn't eat there. We ordered non alcoholic drinks since we drove in from another State and had a long ride home ahead of us. Our drinks tasted like chemicals, and we told the waiter. 10 minutes later, he came back with 2 of the same drinks, which we would have preferred a different drink but were not asked if we would like something else. The second drink tasted the same as the first. We just pushed them away and figured we would just take the loss quietly. Then, towards the end of the show, the waiter said that we have to order another drink because of a 2 drink limit. We just ordered 2 bottled waters to go. We received a bill for $23.00. As far as I'm concerned, that is bad policy. We went specifically to see a certain comedian and was not disappointed with his show. I would see him again but not at this establishment.

THIS RATING IS SOLEY ON THE FOOD AND SERVICE! I came here for a Caribbean comedy show by White Yardie. I saw the 9:30pm show that started around 10:15pm. The first show ran late. Which a delay was expected. This was my first time being at a comedy show. The show was great. I had VIP and we sat at 2 long tables center stage. The comedy cove was upstairs and the Restaurant and bar was on the main floor. The need revamping and redecorating. They had a 2 item minimum purchase per person which i was not aware of but i heard its common for comedy clubs. I got the penne vodka with chicken, pineapple margarita, 2 ginger ales, and 2 chocolate soufflé for my sister as well. I expected the food to be trash because of previous reviews but it was good in my opinion. The pasta was good but the desserts where over cooked. It was NOT a soufflé. It was a dried microwaved burnt chocolate cake with ice cream and whipped cream. The bill came to $66. Not bad. The service was ok since it was only about 40 people in attendance and only 1 person taking orders. I paid in cash to avoid waiting to get my bill back. The show was great! Food was decent.
