As a local, I’ve always seen The Docket as one of the better places to go in downtown. However, Ethan has assembled a crew that is just a step above the rest. I’ve traveled to many different places and I can say Benny is among one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. He is a wizard with his mixes and a great guy to chat with. Todd is also exceptional. I enjoy talking bourbon with him and he will be as good as Benny in no time. Anyone looking for a good time and a good drink thinking they need to go to DC for it is missing a gem way closer to home. I couldn’t recommend The Docket enough. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ethan clearly loves what he’s doing and is the reason places like sidebar continue to offer something special and separate themselves. Each portion of sidebar has its own energy but you can tell everyone there is happy to make it a unique or special time for their guests Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great time at The Docket! The atmosphere is welcoming, the drinks are excellent, and the food was delicious. One of the highlights was letting the bartenders test their creativity with a dealer’s choice drink, and Ethan absolutely nailed it. You can really tell there’s a lot of care put into the experience, from the service to the overall vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
