Older lady making coffees rude and as for your locals sitting out the front of the shop who believe it is their right to yell at kids and make a mockery of a disabled child (my son) not realising his mother was next to them is disgusting. We were trying to support a local business but being accussed of not being local was terrible. We are locals, and being that im assuming the older lady is the owner who frequently sat with the table of locals who were horrible people says alot for her business. Not to mention they are not following covid rules at all. They made not 1 person sign in at all. I would highly reconmend going elsewhere as reading all the other reviews everyone feels the same.

The lady taking the orders was so rude. We waited nearly an hour for 2 burgers and in the mean time watched several customers come and go with the meals. When we finally got the food, half the ingredients was different to what we had ordered. Would not recommend this place at all.

lady taking orders doesn't want to be there obviously so employ someone who does. coffee machine is clearly not cleaned properly at the end of the day which is why it comes out tasting and smelling like an ashtray. when someone orders a smoothie they don't expect something pre made and frozen. spot has so much potential but I could never return and justify spending money there unfortunately. the guy did his best to be nice and offered money back which I declined because it wasn't about that.
